Established in 1992, Advanced Architecture & Construction Pty Ltd is a local architecture firm located in Merrylands with more than 30 years of experience. Based in Merrylands, our award-winning company works throughout Sydney and New South Wales, catering for commercial and domestic clients and with free quotes for all potential projects.


Our principal architect has years of experience and has dealt with many Councils over the years, both inside and outside of Sydney. As such, we can assist you with acquiring a construction certificate and your Section 96 and Development applications.
